Survivors
Annual Survivor of Suicide Loss Day, 2022
We are thankful for the opportunity for survivors of suicide loss to come together on this meaningful day to find connection, understanding and hope through their shared experiences. Family members and friends who have lost a loved one to suicide gathered in a candlelight memorial, sharing healing and survival in remembering those who have died so tragically.

The Baton Rouge Crisis Intervention Center is grateful to our generous donors. Funds for our Survivor Services include a weekly Survivor of Suicide Loss support group, free of charge to the community. These funds also support community training and education in suicide prevention and intervention.

Please note: The BRCIC website is not intended to provide help in a crisis. If you are feeling suicidal or need help for yourself or someone you know, please consult IASP's Suicide Prevention Resources to find a crisis center anywhere in the world.
