The Social Walkers

We are the LSU School of Social Work 2024 Graduate cohort. Our team’s name is the Social Walkers, and we are working diligently to bring about suicide awareness within our community. We are working with the Baton Rouge Crisis Intervention Center (BRCIC) to facilitate the Circle of Support Walk for suicide awareness. The walk is an annual event and will include special memorial activities for those who are survivors of loss by suicide.
